I will never forget the moment that I first saw a Tiger. That day will forever be treasure inside my soul. There are some things on Earth beyond the understanding of mankind, and the raw beauty of these animals is one of them.
Tigers demand respect before they will even acknowledge you. They will see and hear you from a mile off and have no fear whatsoever when you see them. Tigers often reward us for recognising their beauty and power immediately, which is a sign of respect, as we are essentially guests coming into their home.
The great cats are all naturally incredible. Each has its own unique and beautiful character but some traits are common among certain species.
With any Tiger I try to speak directly from the heart. They don’t speak human language of course but understand clearly if you admire them.
A human who gives respect at all times is appreciated as understanding of natural courtesy. They also know fully that they are more powerful than we are and exactly how far they can leap in one motion (which is very, very far)!
Respect is key with a Tiger. The Tigers' presence is always one of natural royalty, and I am forever thankful for my time with this great King of the Jungle.
